In the early part of 2002, EXCHANGE MOBILE developed wireless applications that offered SMS (Short Messaging Services) based value-added services to mobile users. EXCHANGE MOBILE has spent the early stages of its corporate existence building and developing a powerful and dynamic platform based on current SMS, WAP, and other emerging wireless protocols.

In 2003 EXCHANGE MOBILE created the most complete and reliable two-way worldwide SMS (short message service) network. This network was built via partnerships and agreements with the best message routing wireless carriers, selected after in-depth industry analysis. Since then, EXCHANGE MOBILE has been providing two way global short messaging services to subscribers world wide.

In 2004, the Company began to provide more interactive services to subscribers. The integration of wireless and IM technology presented to subscribers a simpler, more efficient method to maintain contact with family, friends and colleagues.
